The English FAQ, read October 25, 2026, is the page to trust for the evening itself. Féerie is performed every day. One answer says the show is at 21:00 and 23:00, and that dinner is available from 19:00. The arrival answer is more precise about the late show: the “11 pm show” starts at 11:30pm. The English show-offers page says the same thing, a 9pm Féerie and an 11:30pm Féerie. Use 9:00pm and 11:30pm as the start times, and treat the “23:00” line as the looser history answer.
Doors are not the start time. The FAQ says the house opens 1 hour 15 minutes before the show, then gives the practical cutoffs. For the dinner-show at 7pm, come from 6:45pm, and that service ends at 11pm. For the 9pm show, come from 8:15pm, and that service also ends at 11pm. For the 11pm show, come from 10:45pm. The show-offers page says welcome from 8:00pm for the 9pm show and from 10:45pm for the late show. The FAQ’s 8:15pm and the offers page’s 8:00pm do not match. Arrive for the earlier of the two if you are holding a 9pm ticket, and do not cut it fine.
Doors close 10 minutes before the show begins. The FAQ says anyone who arrives after the doors have closed may be refused, that nobody is admitted once the show has started, and that a late arrival is not refunded. The terms add a harder rule for dinner: if you are late enough to disrupt service, you are treated as having given up the dinner, with no refund of any part of the price.
Length is stated twice, and the two lines are close rather than identical. One FAQ answer says the show lasts 1:45 depending on the attractions on stage. Another says Féerie lasts about 1 hour 40 minutes. A July 2023 article on the same site says 1 hour 30 minutes. The FAQ is the later page. Plan on about an hour and forty minutes, not a tight 90.
Children may attend from age 6, and only with an adult. The FAQ says Féerie includes topless passages and nudity. There is no alcohol for anyone under 18. Reduced rates exist for children under 12, a children’s menu on the dinner-show and a child’s ticket on the show only, and the house may ask for ID. The FAQ does not print those euro amounts. Minors cannot attend alone. The box office phone, if you need the child rate spelled out, is +33 1 53 09 82 82, or reservation@moulinrouge.fr.
The dress code on the FAQ is specific. Elegant attire is required. A tie and a jacket are not mandatory. Shorts, short pants, flip-flops, running shoes, sportswear, and open shoes for men are refused. Hats and caps come off at the door. The cloakroom is €2 per item and is strongly recommended for coats. Backpacks, suitcases, and other bulky luggage are not accepted in the theatre or in the cloakroom. The practical page repeats that luggage and bags are no longer permitted in the cloakrooms. There is no smoking and no vaping, including in the hall. Photos, filming, and recording of the theatre or the show are forbidden. Animals are refused, except guide dogs and assistance dogs under the rules the FAQ cites. Emotional-support animals are not accepted.
You can book on the website, by phone at the same number, or at the box office at 82 boulevard de Clichy. A ticket on your phone is accepted if you cannot print it. The seating plan is made each day, so you do not get a table number in advance, except for December 31. A maître d’ seats you when you arrive. Wheelchair access exists, and the FAQ asks you to write or call before you come. A hearing-aid feed runs over the Sennheiser MobileConnect app on the venue wifi. Security checks are in place, and a refusal can mean you do not go in.
